3D Foam on a roll

3D Foam on a roll is used in Clutter decoupage to give the clutter items an elevated effect by raising them from the background picture of the Clutter decoupage sheet.

Being lignin free and acid free the craft foam pads are safe to use for scrapbooking and on photographs.
