Order Terms

There are no minimum order values at present and all products are given a ‘weight value’. Postage is charged according to weight of the package.

Availability of Items

All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If products are out of stock we will endeavor to contact you within one working day and if you decide not to continue with the order or we are unable to attain any more stock we will arrange a refund for you.

Despatch

Please allow 15-25 working days for your items to arrive.

Returns/Refunds

Returns are excepted in limited circumstances. The goods MUST be returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. If you wish to cancel/return your item then please e-mail us at and we will endeavour to reply within one working day.

Warranties/Guarantees

Any warranties/guarantees offered by the manufacturer need to be dealt with directly to the manufacturer concerned as we are unable to assist in those areas.
